Motion approving a supply agreement for bakery products in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0117-92 with Richter Baking Co., Corpus Christi, Texas, based on only bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $10,355.50. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to
extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. The bakery items will be used by Senior Community Services for the
Elderly Nutrition Program. Funds have been budgeted for FY 91-92 by Senior Community Services.
