Motion awarding two construction contracts to Austin Engineering Company to install dechlorination
facilities at: (1) Broadway and Westside Wastewater Treatment Plants in the amount of $467,500;
and (2) Oso and Whitecap Wastewater Treatment Plants in the amount of $353,390.
