Motion to amend prior to Second Reading the ordinance amending the Animal
Control Ordinance:
That the following be added to Section 22 of the ordinance amending the
Animal Control Ordinance:
This ordinance shall be effective upon publication and shall apply to violations
occurring on or after that date. Violations occurring before such effective
date shall be governed by the provisions in effect prior to such effective date,
both for Municipal Court proceedings and administrative proceedings, which
prior provisions will remain in effect for such prior violations where
proceedings are initiated within one year from the effective date of this
ordinance.
That Section 2 of the ordinance amending the Animal Control Ordinance be
amended in "(k)" by substituting the words "lime green" for "orange."
