Motion approving supply agreements for automatic transmission overhaul and repair
service in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0152-92 with the following
companies for the following amounts based on low bid and best bid for an estimated
annual expenditure of $83,495. The terms of the contracts shall be for twelve months
with option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval
of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The contract will be
administered by Maintenance Services. Funds have been budgeted for FY 1992-93:
