Motion approving Amendment No. 1 to the contract with Resource Management
International, Inc., approved by the City Council on June 16, 1992, to adopt the final
scope of work for Task Order 1, Part B; appraisal preparation, at no change in fee,
and to authorize Task Order 2, request for proposal preparation and proposal review
assistance, for a fee not to exceed $48,000 for Sub-Tasks 2-A through 2-E.
