Motion approving a supply agreement for serial publication service in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. BI-0182-92 with Popular Subscription Service, Terre Haute,
Indiana, based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $21,733.84. The
term of the contract shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to
an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. This service will be used by the Library. Funds have been
budgeted in FY 1992-93.
