Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the amount
of $734,143 and to execute a contract and all related documents with the Texas State
Library for the continued operation of the South Texas Library System located at the
Corpus Christi Public Library for State Fiscal Year 1992-93.
