Motion approving a supply agreement for backfill sand and golf course sand in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0212-92 with ERI, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas
based on low bid of $42,862.50. The term of the contract shall be for six months
with an option to extend for up to an additional six months subject to the approval
of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The backfill sand is used by
the Gas, Water and Wastewater Departments and the golf course sand is used by the
Parks and Recreation Department. Funds have been budgeted in FY 1992-93.
