Motion approving a recommendation by the Municipal Arts Commission for the
allocation of arts funds to a total of twenty one (21) arts organizations and the
Permanent Art Trust Fund for a total of $136,886. Funding of $130,000 is included
in the FY 92-93 budget and $6,886 from the Texas Commission on the Arts.
