Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an interlocal
cooperation agreement between Nueces County, the Port of Corpus Christi and the
City of Corpus Christi to implement and provide funding for local emergency
response planning for extremely hazardous substances through the Local Emergency
Planning Committee (LEPC).
