Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 72 tons of liquid cationic
polymer (100% basis) in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0216-92 with
American Cyanamid Company, Charlotte, N.C., based on the low bid of $174,600.
The term of the contract will be twelve months, with an option to extend for an
additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY 92-93 by the Water
Department.
