Motion approving a supply agreement for traffic sign blanks, blades and brackets in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0197-92 with the following companies for the
following amounts, based on low bid, for a total estimated annual expenditure of
$40,937.25. The term of the agreements shall be for twelve months, with an option
to extend for an additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. Funds are available in the Street Department's
FY 92-93 Operating Budget.
