Motion establishing the following policy regarding use of mobile phones by Council members:
Council members may elect to use mobile phones provided by the City; the Council member shall pay
all charges on each such phone; the Council member may request reimbursement for those itemized
calls related to City business made by or to a Council member; reimbursement may not be requested
for long distance or directory assistance calls.
