Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with The Center for
Statistical and Quality Improvement Services at Corpus Christi State University for a fee not to exceed
$78,400 to evaluate the procedures that were used to establish the fresh water release requirements
from Choke Canyon and Lake Corpus Christi.
