Motion approving a supply agreement for road markers in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0052-94 with Trantex, Inc., Houston, Texas based on only bid and best bid of $22,106.25. The
term of the contract will be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have
been budgeted for FY 1993-94 by the Street Department.
