Motion approving a supply agreement for the hauling of approximately 936 loads of wastewater
sludge in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0050-94 with AIIwaste Environmental Services of
Texas, Inc., Corpus Christi, TX., based on the Iow bid of $46,800. The term of the contract will be
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This service will be used by the
Wastewater Department and funds have been budgeted for FY 93-94.
