Motion approving a supply agreement for elevator/escalator maintenance in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0049-94 with Montgomery Elevator Company, Corpus Christi, Texas, based on
Iow bid and best bid for a total of $38,394. The term of the contract will be twelve months with an
option to extend for up to twelve additional months subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. This sen/ica will be used by various departments and funds have
been budgeted in FY93-94.
