Motion approving a supply agreement for radiator repair for autos, pickups and trucks in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0086-94 with AC&W Radiator Service Inc., Corpus Christi,
Texas based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $22,027.20. The term of the
contract shall be twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by Maintenance Services and the Fire Department in FY 93-94.
