Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 353 hot tap fittings ranging in size from
2" - 12", in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0034-94 with T.D. Williamson, Inc., Tulsa, OK
based on only bid, rotan estimated annual expenditure of $40,629.50. The term of the agreement
shall be twelve months, with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months, subject to
the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. These fittings will be used by
the Gas Division. Funds are budgeted in FY 93-94 by the Gas Division.
