Motion approving supply agreements for automotive and commercial batteries in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. BI-O071-94 with the following companies based on Iow bid for a total of
$33,080.14. The term of the contracts will be twelve months with an option to extend for up to an
additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. The batteries will be used by Maintenance Services and the Fire Department. Funds
have been budgeted for FY 93-94 by these departments.
