Motion approving supply agreements for sludge dewatedng polymers with the following companies
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0296-93 based on Iow bid for a total of $64,574.00. The
term of the contracts will be twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This
chemical is used by the Wastewater Department in the treating of wastewater at the Oso,
Broadway and Allison Treatment Plants. Funds have been budgeted for FY 93-94.
