Motion authorizing an increase of $684,400 to the City's escrow account on deposit with the Texas
Department of Transportation to cover costs associated with relocating, adjusting, and/or
construction of water and wastewater facilities all as required for the construction of roadway
improvements on McKinzie Road, from McKinzie Lane to Haven Drive.
