Motion authorizing staff to schedule the public hearings to pursue annexation of: 1) a 13.46 acre
tract (Wood River Unit 10) coming out of the Mariano Lopez De Herrera Grant and; 2) a 7.65 acre
tract, a strip of public right-of-way and a segment of the Missouri Pacific Railway Line owned by
the Union Pacific Railroad Company.
