Motion accepting results of Phase I of an Independent Scientific Evaluation of the Interim Water
Release Order for the Nueces Bay Estuary conducted by the Center for Statistical and Quality
Improvement Services at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, and directing that the information be provided
to the Nueces Estuary Advisory Council for consideration in the formulation of an alternative to the
current Agreed Order on freshwater releases from the Choke Canyon/Lake Corpus Christi system.
