Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Contract for Engineering Services in the amount
of $117,500 with the joint venture of Govind & Associates and Urban Engineering for design and
contract administration services for the construction of an Effluent Diversion Demonstration Project
in the Nueces River Delta near the Allison Wastewater Treatment Plant.
