Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 1,130 tons of liquid chlorine delivered in
tank cars in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0093-94 with D.P.C. Industries, Corpus Christi,
Texas based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $302,998.20. The term of the
agreement shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve months
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted for FY 93-94 by the Water Department.
