Motion approving a supply agreement for laboratory supplies consisting of various chemicals and
supplies in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0008-94 with Curtin Matheson Scientific, Inc.,
Houston, Texas based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $23,026.80. The term
of the agreement shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have
been budgeted for FY 93-94 by the user departments, Water, Stormwater, Wastewater, and Health.
