MOTIONS - 3/1/94
Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 460 tons of liquid ferric sulfate in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0039-94 with Van Waters and Rogers, Corpus Christi, Texas
based on best bid, for an estimated annual expenditure of $73,140. The term of the agreement
shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject
to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted in FY
93-94 by the Water Department.
