MOTIONS - 3/1/94
Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 1,925,000 gallons of ferrous sulfate in
accordance with Bid invitation No. B1-0089-94 with Pencco, Inc., Bellville, Texas, based on the Iow
bid of $420,612.50. The term of the contract will be twelve months with option to extend for up to
an additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. This chemical will be used by the Wastewater Department for odor control at various
treatment locations. Funds have been budgeted by the Wastewater Department for FY 1993-94.
