Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 2,800 house type gas service regulators,
size 1~" x 1", in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0115-94 with American Meter Co., Piano,
Texas, based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $38,500. The term of the
agreement shall be for twelve months, with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are
budgeted in FY 93-94 by the Gas Division.
