Motion approving a supply agreement for traffic cones and other worksite safety equipment in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0120-94 with Vallen Safety Supply Co., Corpus Christi, Texas
based on Iow bid and best bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $38,283.25. The term of the
agreement shall be for twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve months
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
