Motion approving the purchase of twenty-two refuse packer bodies in accordance with Bid invitation
No. B1-0151-94 from Pak-Mor Manufacturing Co., San Antonio, based on Iow bid of $558,800. All
units are replacements and are budgeted in the lease/purchase capital acquisition list for Solid
Waste Services. Funding will be furnished by GE Capital in accordance with the lease/purchase
line of credit contract.
