Motion approving Amendment No. 1 to the Engineering Services Contract with Shiner, Moseley and
Associates, Inc. in the amount of $53,800 to provide additional design and construction services
associated with the 1993 Marina Improvements - Piers "A", "B", "C", and "D" at Lawrence Street
T-Head project.
