Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for engineering services in an amount
not to exceed $153,825 with ADS Environmental Services, Inc. to prepare a comprehensive
Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey of the wastewater collection system within two targeted areas
of the Oso Service Area as mandated through an Enforcement Order issued by the Texas Natural
Resource Conservation Commission.
