Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Settlement Agreement in Lauro V. Garda et al
v. City of Corpus Christi et al, No. 93-5089-C, 94th District Court, Nueces County, Texas, for
payments by the City with a present value of $319,000 and release of all claims against the City
in accordance with the settlement agreement negotiated by the city's attorney.
