Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant offer up to
an estimated $1,838,982 from the Federal Aviation Administration as discretionary
funding to rehabilitate portions of Runway 13/31, and construct the West General
Aviation Apron Improvements and the Taxiway "G" Paving and Lighting
Improvements.
