Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement settling the claims
of Ruth Ann Lee and her husband Roger Lee in the case of Ruth Ann Lee, et al
v. City of Corpus Christi, No. 93-1574-C, 94th District Court, Nueces County,
Texas, for $130,000, in accordance with the settlement negotiated by the City's
attorney.
