Motion authorizing Amendment No. 3 to the Contract for Engineering Services for
the Whitecap Wastewater Treatment Plant with Shearer, Plog, and Associates, Inc.
in the amount of $48,000 for the design of additional facilities and modifications
to the plans for the Bar Screen Facility and the Solids Handling Facility.
